Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Terra Earth Inc. (“CHARBLOX”, “we”, “us”) collects through charblox.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Orders. When you check out, we collect your name, email, shipping address, phone number and what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages. When you use our contact or trade-account forms, we receive what you type: your name, email, business details and message. These forms are delivered to our inbox by EmailJS.
• Your cart. Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it’s still there when you come back. It isn’t sent to us until you check out.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) records basic request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
• Analytics and advertising data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We also use advertising pixels from Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. These tools use cookies and similar technology to collect your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view, and actions such as adding to cart or buying (including order value and the products bought). See your choices below.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, and send receipts and shipping updates.
• To answer your messages and trade-account requests.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
• To understand and improve the site.
• To measure our advertising and show CHARBLOX ads to people who may be interested, including people who have visited our site.
• To send news or offers, only if you’ve asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), EmailJS (form delivery), our shipping carriers (delivery) and Google Analytics (site analytics). We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

When the advertising pixels are on, Google, Meta and TikTok receive the analytics and advertising data described above and may use it for their own purposes, including targeted advertising. Under California law this can count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information. You can opt out at any time; see below. We don’t sell your name, email, address or payment details to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You can turn off the advertising pixels (Google Ads, Meta and TikTok) for this browser. Google Analytics stays on for site statistics, with Google’s advertising features switched off. Your choice is saved in this browser, so repeat it on each browser or device you use. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.

Your rights, including California residents

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right not to be discriminated against for using them. To make a request, email info@charblox.com. We’ll verify the request and respond within 45 days.

Cookies and Do Not Track

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as described above. We don’t respond to the older “Do Not Track” signal.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
