Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order from charblox.com. No minimum.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We can’t ship outside the US from this website yet.

When it ships

Orders ship from Los Angeles, California within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.

How it ships

We ship by UPS Ground. When your order leaves our warehouse you’ll get an email with the tracking number. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the carrier.

Check your address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at info@charblox.com. We can change the address only before the order ships.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Bought somewhere else?

Orders placed at Costco, Amazon, Walmart or another retailer are shipped and handled under that retailer’s own policies. Please contact the retailer you bought from.
